This was quite a pleasant surprise for me...up until today I have not had a decent customer service experience at this Starbucks...but Jennifer made all of the difference today! Not only was she super sweet when I ordered...but she also chatted with me while I was waiting for the drink. You can tell that she has a good heart, and genuinely cares about people! So custielove to you Jennifer!! Thanks for the pleasant experience...it may have only been 5 minutes of your workday...but it made an impact on my entire day!
